Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any time minpkr deems appropriate, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by minpkr may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to minpkr's satisfaction.
All minpkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. minpkr does not guarantee any specific exchange rate in the event that your payment method operates in a different base currency.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your minpkr account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one working day to reflect. minpkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change and may differ by payment method. Enhanced limits may be available to verified players upon request through the support team.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two to five working days subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. minpkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms is suspected. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
The minpkr Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. minpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts and actively being wagered, except where fraud or bonus abuse is identified.
The games available on the minpkr Platform are provided by third-party certified game suppliers. The availability of any particular game title may be modified or discontinued at any time. minpkr does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific title in the lobby.
In the event of a game malfunction, incomplete round, server disconnection, or any other technical error affecting a gaming session, minpkr reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the relevant stakes to the player's account balance. No further compensation will be payable in respect of a technical error beyond the return of the original stake. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction or software error are not valid and will not be honoured.
All casino games offered on the minpkr Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, operate with physical game equipment under licensed studio conditions. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds at the moment of your bet confirmation are the binding odds for settlement purposes. minpkr covers cricket including PSL, international Test and T20I fixtures, as well as football, tennis, and other major sporting events.
A bet may be declared void under circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, an obvious odds error, a market offered in error, or match-fixing investigations resulting in regulatory voidance. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance. Accumulator bets containing a voided leg will be recalculated with that leg removed.
Betting on events in which the player has any capacity to influence the outcome is strictly prohibited. minpkr cooperates with international sports integrity organisations and governing bodies, including those overseeing PSL, and will report suspected integrity breaches accordingly.

minpkr's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your minpkr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
minpkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond minpkr's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or certain features thereof.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by minpkr is governed by the minpkr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
minpkr implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and minpkr cannot guarantee the absolute security of data in transit.
You may close your minpkr account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited.
minpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) minpkr is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) minpkr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; or (d) the continued operation of your account poses a reputational or regulatory risk to minpkr.
Where an account is terminated by minpkr for reasons other than breach of Terms, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of all relevant checks.
minpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, minpkr will endeavour to provide notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which minpkr holds its international gaming licence.
